FAQ

 What happens if it rains on the day we're booked? 

Some weather conditions can adversely affect exterior home photo quality or prevent safe drone flight. In the event of unfavorable weather, the interior photos will be photographed as planned. Alternate arrangements will be made for exterior or aerial re-shoot unless full cancellation or full rescheduled shoot is made at least 24-hours in advance. When weather is dry but blue skies are not present PHOTOGRAPHER will provide blue sky replacement on primary exterior images. 

Do you offer branding services?  

We operate a full-service media production business in addition to real estate photography, and can help you with all your production and marketing needs. Everything from brand headshots, social media content and strategy and more. Please feel free to reach out and we can get on a strategy call to see how we can best support your business.

How fast will I receive the images? 

Images will be delivered within 24 hours of the scheduled photoshoot. 

If I have to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, is there a fee for that?  

Cancellations must be made at least 24-hours before scheduled photoshoot start time to avoid a fee. Real estate photoshoots cancelled with less than 24-hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of $50. 

What’s the difference between virtual twilights and real twilights?  

Virtual twilights are created from daytime exterior photos, and modified to resemble evening photographs, by digitally adding lights, removing shadows, sky replacement and so forth. Actual twilights require photography just at the sunset/twilight time. Virtual twilights are available as an add-on to any shoots, priced per photograph as shown on our price list.

Do you offer both standard and premium photography?

All of our photographs are captured and edited using high end, premium techniques (3-5 bracket AEB HDR capture, hand blended premium editing). We gear our services towards luxury listings, and apply the same standards to all of our listing photos, even for houses in the lower end market. Our goal is to make your listings stand out with consistent, high-quality professionalism, to build your portfolio so new clients will trust you with their listing.

Who owns the copyright?  

As according to the standard practice in the industry, we retain copyright ownership of all images and video we capture, and we grant you a nonexclusive right to use the materials in any way you see fit to promote the listing including uploading to MLS and social media, using on your own website and marketing materials to promote the listing, as well as building your brand to attract future listings, and so forth. We appreciate crediting us as the photographer on social media posts and in marketing where it is convenient to do so.

Can you provide virtual tours or 360-degree images?

** Can you help with staging or preparing the property for the photoshoot? ** 

While I specialize in photography, I can provide guidance on staging and preparing the property to enhance its visual appeal.

Client will ensure that the listing is clean and ready for photography at time of service. Client shall ensure that there are no hazards to the photographer's safety and that pets are fully confined and out of view. Photographer is not responsible for cleaning, dusting, changing lightbulbs, or moving furniture, but may adjust window coverings, pillows, move small items, or turn on/off lights as necessary. Photographer will not retouch images to disguise known defects and/or physical structures such as wall/floor blemishes, driveway cracks, power lines, etc. *** If the property is not ready at the time of the shoot, the photographer will reschedule and the client will be subject to a $50 reshoot fee.

What is a Reel? 

Reels are vertical video clips, between 15 and 90 seconds long, usually set to music that can be shared as stories, post, and even featured on a dedicated Reels tab on your Instagram profile.  Social media reels have proven to be incredibly engaging, with many users watching and sharing them. By using a reel for your property listings, we can increase the visibility or your listings and attract more potential buyers or renters. It is a fantastic way to make a strong first impression and entice viewers to learn more about the property.

A Marketing Kit is an easy way to streamline your digital marketing efforts. This is a complete library of materials that is always evolving to keep up with current design trends. You will receive:
